A MID CENTURY MODERN CLASSIC

  • ITEM DESCRIPTION:This is the real thing. Made of Rosewood, and taupe leather, which is the higher end and most sought after, made by Herman Miller. The leather needs an 8 inch seam re-stitching on the ottoman. There are tears on the seat, see photos and a tiny tear on one arm. The wood has no chips or cracks. The legs and frame have no dents, cracks or repairs. The back has a few tiny white paint spots. The leather has overall wear from use but can still be used. In very good condition, overall. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

WE CAN ONLY ESTIMATE SHIPPING COSTS, PRIOR TO AN AUCTION ENDING, AS WE USUALLY DO NOT PACK ITEMS UNTIL THEY ARE SOLD. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PURCHASES. We stated that insurance is optional, only because eBay has no way of calculating what the final price will be, before the auction ends. Buyer prepays shipping cost and insurance plus handling. We ship via Fedex (Federal Express). We are willing to combine multiple purchases on the same day only. We do not ship items via USPS weighing over 6 lbs unless they are international shipments or prior agreements. For all International Shipments, we ship via US Postal Service, Express Mail, so we will have a tracking number. Insurance is required for your protection against loss or breakage and proof item was sent. Request our list of shipping companies for larger items that we don’t pack or when local pick up is stated. We can recommend several very reputable shippers who are able to crate if needed, ship door to door and bring into your home. The buyer is responsible for making own shipping arrangements and getting quotes. There will be a storage charge for items left over 14 days after the auction ends for larger items.

    OTHER:

Some monitors are adjusted to show a different color then the item may appear to be. We do our best to describe any flaws or repairs. We are not experts in every area. The antique items we sell are in the original estate condition with age appropriate imperfections. We reserve the right to relist the item if our terms are not met.
