ARTIFACTS, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM AND RESOLUTION OF
THE DAMAGE. WE WILL ASISST YOU IN ANY WAY WE CAN BUT WE
DO NOT SEND DAMAGED ITEMS AND WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES WHEN
THE SHIPPER IS RESPONDIBLE. THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE IN
THE ANTIQUE FURNITURE OR EVEN NEW FURNITURE BUSINESS AND
WHY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED.
IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED,

ON THE SHIPPER'S BILL OF LADING. CONTACT THE SHIPPER IMMEDIATELY
AS WELL AND NOTIFY THEM OF THE DAMAGE. THEY HAVE A CLAIMS
PROCESS THAT MUST BE FILED CORRECTLY AND YOU WILL B E REIMBURSED.

THAT ARE DONE TO CONVERT BEDS FROM EUROPEAN QUEEN LENGTH
TO AMERICAN QUEEN LENGTH ARE DONE TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY.
THE FINISH IS MATCHED AS CAREFULLY AS POSSIBLE AND IN SOME
CASES SO IS THE CARVING, HOWEVER WE CAN NOT MAKE A COMPLETELY
UNDETECTABLE CONVERSION AND WE ARE DOING IT AS A CONVENIENCE
FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. IF A PERFECT MATCH IS AN ISSUE, DO NOT
BID, OR CONSIDER USING YOUR OWN FINISHER. WE MAY BE ABLE
TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE PRICING TO ALLOW YOU TO HAVE
