Please remember that we sell vintage pieces. Most have had decades of use. A buyer of vintage objects and furniture should assume a baseline of mild wear. We do not disclose every minute sign of use. You should assume that those are present unless we specify otherwise.

Domestic shipping options (lower 48 states):
Greyhound will cost $98 and is the default option on your invoice. If you do not want Greyhound, we will have to adjust your invoice to reflect the cost of your preferred method of shipment.
- Many stations offer home delivery. Many do not. Call 800-739-5020 to find out if your station delivers.
- If your station does not offer home delivery, you will have to go to your station to pick it up.
- You must set-up home delivery directly with your station when your package arrives there.
- If you do not set up home delivery when your piece arrives, they will not deliver it to your home automatically.
- If your shipment includes more than one box, they almost always arrive on different days. It may require multiple trips to your station.
- It takes an average of 2 weeks for your piece to arrive from time of shipment.
- You can not track your shipment on their website
- They charge a $2/day storage fee if you don't retrieve your item within 72 hours
- Many buyers feel that despite the inconvenience, Greyhound is the best value
Freightline will cost $350-550 and is dependent on your location. Most of the freight companies we use will only deliver to your curb. They do not carry the piece inside. Most offer tracking and will call you to schedule a mutually convenient delivery time.

FedEx Ground or UPS: These carriers are extremely abusive and despite the perceived convenience, we do not recommend using them for this piece. The liklihood of breakage is very high. If you must have your piece delivered by FedEx or UPS, please call us.
Blanket-Wrap will cost approximately $400-650 and is dependent on your location, presence of stairs or other special circumstances, liability insurance requirements of your building and many other factors. If you want a shipping option with an extremely high level of service and convenience, please call us to discuss your needs so we can get you an exact quote.
Local Pickup: We gladly allow local pickup at our warehouse during normal business hours. Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM. We are closed national holidays. We do not have a showroom and our insurance does not permit browsers. Let us know, in advance, when you need to stop by and we'll be sure to have some Sweet Tea ready for you.
Shipping to Canada:
Freightline will cost $500-700 and is dependent on your location. Most of the freight companies we use will only deliver to the nearest terminal. They do not carry the piece to your address.

Shipping cost explanation: We have informed you about the cost to ship in advance of your purchase. For your money, we provide superior packing and communication. The cost of transit is typically only half the total cost of shipping. Cardboard, foam, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, protective fabric, and a packing expert - all cost money too. Reducing our shipping cost would increase the risk of breakage in transit by reducing the quality of our packaging. Unless we deviate from the above-referenced information, we hope that we have earned a five-star rating under shipping time and shipping cost. If we have not, please let us know, in advance, what we can do to remedy the problem.

Payment: We will accept PayPal although we prefer to accept payment by credit card over the phone using our PayPal merchant account. We also have a secure online merchant account if you prefer.
International buyers must pay with a money order in U.S. Dollars, American Express Traveler's Cheque, or bank wire.
Terms: (Our lawyer made us put this part)
Shipping and freight costs shall be borne by the Buyer and shipped FOB origin, therefore, all insurance claims must be made by Buyer. Title to any merchandise passes from Seller to Buyer at point of shipment. After shipment, Buyer's only recourse is against the shipping company and Seller shall not be held responsible. If there is a problem with your item that occurs after it was shipped, your issue is with the shipping company - we will assist you in dealing with them any way we can. Buyer must notify Seller within 21 days of the date of Buyer's acceptance of the merchandise if Buyer believes any part of the merchandise is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping dates are estimates only.
We will offer a full refund including transit but not packing or labor costs, at our discretion, only when the item description is inaccurate and provided we are notified within 21 days of Buyer's acceptance. Buyer pays return shipping.
If you pay immediately, we will store your merchandise for up to ninety days from the auction close day free of charge. Many buyers make payment, ask us to store their merchandise, and we never hear from them again. So, after ninety days, unless you receive a written extension, we will begin charging a storage fee equal to 1/3 of the item's value per month thereafter. After three months, we will resell the item. If your item ships by Greyhound and you fail to pick it up within 72 hours, storage fees will accrue at a rate of $2 per day thereafter. Storage fees are your responsibility. If the item is shipped back to us, we will store it free and await your instructions until the ninetieth day from the auction close date at which time, we will charge the monthly storage fee of 1/3 of the item's sale price.
BUYER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SELLER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EMPLOYEE, REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT, CONTRACTOR, AND/OR ANY OTHER AFFILIATE OF SELLER) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LIABILITIES, COSTS, EXPENSES, AND/OR DAMAGES asserted against, imposed upon or incurred by SELLER ON ACCOUNT OF DEATH OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH (WHETHER IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) THE MERCHANDISE, ITS USE, OR ANY MATTER RELATED THERETO. BUYER FURTHER AGREES TO PAY SELLER'S COURT COSTS, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES INCURRED AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED COSTS ARISING FROM ANY SUCH CLAIMS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL COSTS INCURRED IN ESTABLISHING THE APPLICABILITY OF THIS PARAGRAPH. THIS INDEMNITY SHALL APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE CLAIM, DEMAND, ACTION, LIABILITY, COST, EXPENSE, OR DAMAGE IS BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER TORT. THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT/TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller and all employees, representatives, agents, contractors and affiliates of Seller (collectively referred to within this paragraph as Seller) shall not be liable for deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by acts or omissions of third parties, delays, failures to perform, damages, losses, destruction, malfunction of the merchandise, or any consequence thereof, caused or occasioned by, or due to, fire, flood, water, the elements, labor disputes, shortages of labor or material, explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, shortages of supplies, unavailability of transportation, or any other cause beyond Seller's reasonable control. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MERCHANDISE. BUYER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE OWNERSHIP AND USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE MERCHANDISE. BUYER AGREES TO LOOK EXCLUSIVELY TO BUYER'S INSURER TO RECOVER FOR INJURIES, LOSS AND/OR DAMAGES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSED BY BUYER'S OWNERSHIP AND USE OF THE MERCHANDISE, OR ANY OTHER PARTIES' USE OF THE MERCHANDISE. BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIX THE ACTUAL DAMAGES, IF ANY, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM FAILURE ON THE PART OF SELLER TO PERFORM ANY OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER AND BECAUSE BUYER DOES NOT DESIRE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES TO PROVIDE FOR FULL LIABILITY OF SELLER, BUYER AGREES THAT SELLER SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE AND/OR INJURY DUE TO A FAILURE OF THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY RESPECT. BUYER FURTHER AGREES THAT SHOULD SELLER BE FOUND LIABLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, AND/OR INJURY DUE TO A FAILURE OF THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY RESPECT, SELLER'S LIABILITY SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN A SUM EQUAL TO THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE, AS THE AGREED UPON DAMAGES, NOT AS A PENALTY, BUT AS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE, INJURY AND/OR LOSS WAS DUE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF SELLER OR ARISING OUT OF STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE. BUYER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE INCLUSION OF THIS PARAGRAPH WAS A MATERIAL CONSIDERATION FOR SELLER TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH ARE INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER AND BOTH THE LIMITATION OF DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF REMEDY SET FORTH HEREINABOVE SHALL SURVIVE ANY FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY OR ALL PARTS OF THE LIMITED REMEDY. THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT/TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.
THE MERCHANDISE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS BASIS. SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE MERCHANDISE PROVIDED AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND/OR WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND ON ITS BEHALF AND BUYER MAY NOT RELY ON ANY STATEMENT OF WARRANTY. SELLER IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MERCHANDISE AND THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE MERCHANDISE IS THAT PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS. BUYER HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BUYER IS NOT RELYING ON THE STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR ACTIONS OF ANY EMPLOYEE, REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT OR CONTRACTOR OF SELLER IN ANY WAY. THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT/TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.
The failure of any party to this Agreement/Transaction to enforce any of its terms, provisions or covenants shall not be construed as a waiver of the same or of the right of such party to enforce the same. Waiver by any party hereto of any breach or default by any other party of any term or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any other breach or default. The parties hereto expressly agree that no payment made by Buyer or on behalf of Buyer of a lesser amount than the required amount shall be deemed an accord and satisfaction, regardless of any statement on any check or accompanying letter to the contrary, and Seller is hereby authorized to accept such payment(s) without prejudice to its rights to recover any balance due.
The provisions of the Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding on the heirs, successors and permitted assigns of each of the parties hereto.
The Agreement/transaction between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to the conflicts of law principles of any state. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of any United States, state, local court, or other administrative body sitting in Harris County, Houston, Texas in connection with any action to determine any dispute arising under the Agreement/transaction between the parties or to enforce the provisions hereof.
All covenants, promises, indemnities and conditions of herein shall survive the termination of the Agreement/transaction between the parties.
Whenever possible, each provision of the agreement and these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision (or any section of any provision) of the agreement and these terms and conditions is held to be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision (or any section of any provision) shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of the Agreement and/or these terms and conditions.
Buyer and Seller hereby agree that the Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter thereof, and supersedes all previous agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter. The Agreement or these terms and conditions cannot be amended except by a writing dated subsequent to the date hereof and executed by a duly authorized representative of Buyer and Seller. If the Agreement/transaction between the parties is entered into on behalf of Buyer by more than one person, all obligations described in the Agreement and these terms and conditions shall be binding on all persons, jointly and severally. Each person acting as signatory of the Agreement assumes full liability for the indebtedness and will not claim a lesser responsibility because of other signatories or otherwise, in any collection or enforcement action arising out of this Agreement.
