Every year I purchase any Silver Overlay or Silver Deposit on Depression Glass items I can find, and I pack them away all year until November because they make such wonderful Holiday gifts. This year I have found over 40 pieces, including some really beautiful and I think quite rare pieces. I hope everyone finds at least one they love and if anyone purchases more than one lot they will save huge with combined shipping. Many of the small pieces are even being offered with FREE SHIPPING. This lovely piece is a large juice pitcher with an ice lip, measuring approx 8" tall, 5" across the top and 4" across the base. The condition is excellent with NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS and NO WEAR TO THE SILVER !! Silver Deposit on Depression Glass is always very hard to photo, so please rest assured this beauty is much nicer in real life and I am certain the new owner will be very pleased. I know there are some pieces that are quite valuable, but I am starting all the lots at $9.99 even though I am sure this would sell for a handsome price at any antique show or shop. Also please remember the items are coming from Canada, so if you are in the US, shipping may seem a little higher than normal, but we charge actual shipping or less, and never charge a handling fee or extra for shipping supplies and professional packaging. Insurance:
The first $100 of insurance is included in the shipping price. If your item sells for more than $100, insurance is mandatory and costs $3.00 per $100 or part there of, to a maximum of $20. This covers both loss and damage.
Returns:
We make great effort to accurately describe each item listed. Returns are accepted, if either condition, country of origin or dating is significantly incorrect. In such cases we refund your shipping costs as well. Like you, we are only human, and make mistakes. Hopefully, not too many. But remember, the items you see are antiques. Hence, have an expected amount of wear from normal use. As such, returning an item because we failed to mention the tiniest bit of wear, or barely discernible flaw is not acceptable. Nor do we accept returns based on buyer's remorse, change of taste, or because a buyer did not realize how "small" four inches might be once in hand. Also all returns must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
