Please look at the picture/s what you see is what you will receive, 99% of my items are second hand and sold as second hand in ‘as seen’ condition. If you have any question about the item including size, colour etc please email me BEFORE BIDDING.
Payment is to be received within 7 days of the end of the auction, by UK cheque, postal order or Paypal for UK bidders or Paypal in UK pounds only for non UK bidders, I will always combine postage on multiple buys.
I openly charge approximately UK£1.00 for packing supplies, which I usually have to buy, packing time and transportation to the post office etc, although all items are available for collection at no extra costs.
I post every week day and most Saturdays, all items will be extremely well packed and I will always obtain a certificate of posting, if the worst should happen I will be happy to assist in any claims for lost or broken items in the post, but cannot guarantee the post office will pay out, I strongly recommend insurance for items over the value of UK£32, to be paid for by the buyer, glass & pottery cannot be insured, these are sent at the buyer’s own risk, the post office very rarely refunds postage costs.
Returns are only accepted if there is a major discrepancy between the item and the description in the listing and then only if I have been notified within 24 hours of the buyer receiving the item, only the purchase price will be refunded, postage and packing fees are non-refundable including return postage costs.
If you do not want the item or do not intend to pay DO NOT BID as a non-paying bidder alert will be submitted, if you have a problem with any of the above please contact me BEFORE BIDDING.
