- Our warehouse and offices are not open to the public.
- All our rug products are Brand New (never used) and first-quality.
- Packing: Rest assured, your item will arrive in the same condition as it left our warehouse, and will be exceptionally well packaged to ensure safe arrival. (We use Heavy Duty packing material and tube for most rugs.)
- Custom sizes and custom binding also available
- International client is responsible for custom duties/taxes and broker's fee if any.

| If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back within 7 business days of receipt. First, you need to contact Customer Service at (800) 601-6062 or International (323) 233-6000, to receive a Return Authorization number prior to returning item. Shipments without this number will be not be accepted.
The customer is expected to package the return merchandise properly and pay the return freight. Failure to do so may cause you to receive less than full credit. |
