Returns
If you are not happy with your item and need to return the item(You must have prior authorization from One Super Bargain before shipping back)
Please mail the item back in the same condition the item was received.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.Buyer is responsible for return shipping
If an Item arrived broken, all items shipped had the optional or required Insurance. If an item is lost or damage, a claim needs to be made through USPS. we will help in assisting with any documentation needed.
If no insurance was taken, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items .The Insurance amount for USPS is a small amount to pay for peace of mind. | Shipping
We do combine shipping on most items, however not all items can be combined. Please note: Combined shipping is a discounted shipping rate based on the additional weight added per item. Please email One Super Bargain before bidding, for prices and questions.
If more than one item is purchased please allow time for us to combine the Order/Invoice before payment. Ebay does not automatically combine the orders.
As noted above the shipping rates are combined /adjusted accordingly based on the weight.
All items are shipped out in a timely manner.
Items are shipped using USPS Parcel, Priority or Express and are normally shipped within 1-2 business days (This Excludes holidays and weekends.) after cleared payment has been received.
If your item is not received within the Standard U.S. postal times: Parcel post 2 - 9 business days Priority 2-3 business days First Class 2-5 business days Please go to the USPS website
and fill out a claim or call with your tracking number information.
Canadian/Worldwide Shipments
Delivery Confirmation is not available on Canadian/Worldwide shipments. However we will email you the Customs Declaration # upon request.
One Super Bargain is not responsible for delays through customs.
Most items arrive within 2 - 3 weeks (or less), but some can take longer. You must be patient, because claims cannot be filed until the package is missing for 31 days.
All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government. Please check to see what these are prior to bidding, so you are fully aware of the potential cost. Due to U.S. regulations, we cannot ship items as gifts or as a sample. We do apologize.
