Direct from England, this listing is for a wonderful set of four antique English oak barley twist dining chairs.  MUCH MORE than the typical chair found on today’s market, these beautiful chairs have EVERYTHING you could ask for ----

All of my items are personally selected from European container shipments.  I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality. 

These charming chairs would enhance/blend in decors ranging from Victorian to French Country, traditional to Arts & Crafts era.  They certainly look fabulous with a barley twist table and the Jacobean influence would compliment Mission styling as well!!

Measurements:

Each chair measures 40 ¼”H x 17 ¾” x 19 ½”;

Floor to seat top, 18 ½” appx;

Across seat front, 17 ¾”;

Across upper back, 14 ¾”.

Condition:

The chairs are in good condition, with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfections.  They are sturdy and strong and well suited for many more years of daily use.  The seats are covered in dark brown leather-type upholstery that could be used or easily changed with a few yards of your favorite upholstery and a staple gun!! (I’m sure they have been changed many times over the years, to blend with different decors).

 The chairs have a lovely aged patina, with years of use having gently rubbed the finish to a fabulous and classic look.
