Up for auction is this rare Hull pottery brown drip ball tea canister.. it is a part of a huge collection aquired from an avid collector.. (I will be listing many pieces over the next few days) The tea canister measures 5" across the top and stands 4.5" tall.. 18" around the middle of the body of the canister.. the lid is 4.5" across the inside lip.. 5" across the top side of lid.. the knob on the top is frosted and 1.5" across side to side.. The word tea is on the side .. The condition is excellent except for one tiny flea bite on the up stroke of the a .. in the word tea.. I have tried to show a very well lit and close up of this. there are no other chips, cracks or flaws that I see after close inspection. The coloring is good. It is marked on the bottom Hull oven proof USA.. Pls ask all questions before bidding. Pls send address info for shipping costs. Pls contact me with any concerns.. Customer service is very important to me and I try hard to find a fair solution to any concern/problem. I gladly combine orders where possible ... I will not cram a number of large items in one pkg .. this will only cause damage. It will ship well wrapped in new bubble wrap, in a secure box, wrapped in brown mailing paper to ensure its safe delivery. On 08-Dec-08 at 16:04:03 EST, seller added the following information:I have tried to take some better pictures showing the flea bite on the up stroke of the a in the word tea.. it is very small, the photos make it appear larger when I try to take a close up and I get alot of glare.. not that anyone would do this, but if you were to take a felt tip marker the very point would color the flea bite by just touching it with the tip of the marker... it is there though and I try to mention any flaws.. all other white marks in the photos are camera glare.. thanks hopes this helps..
