Portholes are small windows used on the hull of the ship to allow for light and air flow. Historically, below-deck quarters have been dark and damp places. Portholes allow for crew and passengers to be water and air-tight protected from wind and water in stormy weather, and allow them much needed fresh ocean air and views of the sea.
Crafted from high quality heavy brass, this beautiful porthole mirror features a fully functioning porthole with authentic looking rivets around the outside. It measures about 9" in diameter with the mirror measuring just under 6". It is easily installed onto any wall, and will be a great addition to any home, office, or boat.
