Included are tempered glass coordinating trivets so you can use the trivet as a cutting board to assist in prepping your meals or use it separately on the table with or without the wire basket. You can prep your meals in these dishes, cook in these dishes, serve in these dishes by bringing it to the table with the wire baskets included and when the meal is finished, store in this dish.
The dishes are oven safe to 500 degrees. The dishes and lids are micro-wave safe and dishwasher safe too.
