Thomas Moser (Auburn, Maine) is an icon of American furniture making, and his "Continuous Arm Chair" is his signature piece. The primary wood is American Black Cherry, both for the seat and for the graceful, continuous arm. The chair measures 41 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 25 inches deep and is comfortable and generous. This chair, like all Moser products, is signed by the craftsman who made it - in this case Gayla M. Peters in 2002. This lightly used chair is in excellent condition and would compliment any decor, from traditional to modern. Moser's Continuous Arm Chair retails for $1,275, and here's your chance to get the Moser chair you always wanted at a considerable discount.
Here's what Moser says about the Continuous Arm Chair :
Our signature piece, the Continuous Arm Chair, remains a unique, trademarked Moser design. To form the arms eleven one-tenth-inch knife-cut slices of the same tree, called a flitch, are laminated together. Then each continuous arm is painstakingly rasped, filed and sanded to a perfect smoothness.

Winning bidder to pay actual packing and shipping charges (FOB) plus 10% to be calculated at the time of sale. I am an experienced packer and crate-builder, so your chair will arrive without scrimping on a cheap carton. A good rule of thumb is that shipping may run approximately $100 to most locations in the eastern United States. This sale is for U.S. delivery only, though I will consider delivery to Canada upon request. Local pick-up is fine, and I'll deliver to most locations in the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Tidewater areas of Virginia for $20. PayPal, a money order, or a personal check are fine for payment. Please e-mail me any questions you may have. Watch my upcoming auctions for a Moser Continuous Arm Rocker and a New Gloucester Rocker! Good luck and happy bidding!
