NOTE: Payment should be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price (minus our actual shipping cost)*, You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept Rug Pads that have been damaged or soiled.
