This is an authentic lithographed map of Part of Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.  It is from the 1917 Atlas of Suffolk County published by E. Belcher Hyde.  It is plate number 34 from that atlas.  This double page measures 16-3/4 inches by 26-7/8 inches.  The map itself measures 14-1/2 inches by 25-1/2 inches with parts of the map extending into the margins.   This map is in very good condition and it is hand colored. It has only slight age discoloration at the edges. 

The map shows the Long Island Railroad, Cedar Hill Cemetary, Belle Terre Boulevard, North Country Road, Stony Hill Road, Belle Terre Road, Main Street, Mittyville Street, High Street, Franklin Street, Maiden Lane, Myrtle Avenue, Overton Avenue, Sheep Pasture Road, Cemetary Avenue, Hollow Road, Railroad Avenue, Maple Avenue, Hallock Avenue.  The properties are marked with the names of the owners.  Some names include Terrell, Bishop, Norton, Hawkins, Randall, Wheeler, Fiske, Mathews, Dayton, Adee, Overton, Darling, Loper, Squires, Snyder, Osborne, Bullony, Bayles, Tuthill, Fanning.
