We are not sure but it appears no one was allowed to sit in this chair! We think it had another life in the 30s and 40s and eventually got recovered in the 70s or 80s. You get a freshly upholstered and not used covering with good springs and cushioning over a unique and strong frame with classic 18c French design and all original patinated finish.
This chair is from a smoke free home and is ready to go!
