Fine Jacob Petit (JP) Porcelain Oval Box, Paris, France, Ca 1830

A super fine and totally outstanding oval porcelain box with the maker's mark Jacob Petit (JP).
The shape of the box is really exquisite and the overall floral hand painting is rich and vibrant.
The gold decoration around the box top and bottom is in very fine condition as well.
This box dates from the 19th century (Jacob Petit 1796-1868) and it measures:

Width: 13cm. / 5.12in.
Height: 9.5cm. / 3.74in.
