Lehman Babygaurd Highchair, The owner claims the item to be from the 1940's
This item has a teddy bear decal on back of chair that has been worn bown from time.
The only other identifying marking are on the underside of tray table the which i took a picture of.
this item has been repaired by the original owner.
the dimension are aproximatly 42"by 21" by 21".

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS:
Checks are NOT accepted. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks must be in U.S. Currency. Per eBay policy, starting in late October 2008 money orders and cashier's checks will no longer be accepted.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS:
Unless specified otherwise items will be shipped United States Postal Service. I generally use UPS on items over 10 pounds to save you money. Items are being shipped from ZIP code 56701. Some items have a flat rate shipping fee stated in the item description. All other items the buyer pays actual shipping plus the packing & handling fee, which in most cases varies from $2.00 to $5.00. This fee is automatically included in the shipping calculator provided in item listing. Please use this calculator. On some items I may combine shipping. I reserve the right to decide what items can be shipped together. On items paid promptly through Paypal I try to ship within 24 hours. On mail-in payments please include Ebay item number, inventory tag number and your mailing address typed or printed on a separate sheet of paper. Shipping charges are NOT negotiable after a auctions end. If you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect please contact me before bidding for confirmation on shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & APO BOXES:
Paypal is the ONLY accepted form of payment for international customers. Ocassionaly the shipping calculator does not work for international shipping please contact me for actual shipping charges if it does not show for your location. Items shipped to APO boxes are treated as international by the USPS so international rates will apply. Please note that the USPS offers no tracking on international shipping, insurance (when available) is recommended for this reason. We will not falsify customs forms in anyway, including understating value or declaring merchandise sold as a "gift." I reserve the right to cancel all transactions with individuals that do not comply with these rules.
LOCAL PICKUP:
All items are available for local pickup. Payment is due in seven days whether the item is picked up in that time or not. Paypal (in advance) or cash are the only accepted form of payment for pickup items. We will NOT accept personal checks for in store pickups. If you want to pick up your item let us know 1 day in advance and we will e-mail directions. Items will be available for pickup Monday- Friday between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Unless prior arrangements are made you will be responsible for handling and loading all items.
INSURANCE:
$1.35 Extra for every 50.00 worth of Insurance. Seller not responsible for uninsured merchandise. Once a package leaves my hands I am not responsible for its handling. Insurance is offered for this reason.
SALES TAX:
MN residents add 6.5% sales tax
FIT:
We are not responsible for improper fit. For application specific items such as automotive or appliance parts I do my best to thoroughly research and accurately represent all application data for each part. If you have any doubts as to whether a part is correct for your vehicle or appliance, please consult you local dealer parts department, retail parts store or shop manual. Remember once you buy a part it is yours, whether it fits or not.
ITEMS INCLUDED & ITEMS NOT IN STOCK:
Everything listed is in stock. If an item becomes unavailable, the listing will be pulled. All money will be refunded if the item is sold. Items included in listing will be shown in photograph or listed in description. If it is not pictured or described it is not included.
RETURNS:
All merchandise sold AS IS, seller makes no warrantee as to the serviceability of any merchandise. Returns will only be allowed if there is an error in the Ebay listing. Shipping, Ebay fees and credit card fees are not refundable. Any returns must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. I cannot accept returns on any items that have been abused or tampered with, electronic items once they have been installed,computer software, items shipped back incomplete or missing parts. I pack each item carefully, and any returned item should be packed with the same care. Refunds will be made through Paypal only - no exceptions. If you are not comfortable with any of the policies outlined above please do not bid.
