Shipping:
Item will be shipped out immediately after your payment is cleared. All items will be shipped with EMS(Post office) Tracking NO.will be emailed to you once your item is shipped. Charges include shipping, packing and insurance up to 20000 JP Yen. There is no package will be processed during weekend and holidays.
Shipping insurance:
The shipping insurance up to 20000JP Yen is already included in the postage of EMS. Additional insurance is available, US$0.5 up to 40000 Yen, US$1.00 up to 60000 Yen. Please ask us for sufficient insurance. Without insurance we hold no responsibility once the item is shipped out.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for refund within 7days of receipt of your item. The shipping cost and the eBay final value fee will not be refundable in all cases. Also 25% of the final value is necessary to return goods as a commission in all cases. Item must be in original condition. Please send your item by EMS at your cost. (do not use Federal or DHL) We will refund your money on receipt of your item. Some blades such as yari, or Katana will not be refundable.
