How beautiful this is. The raised gold really makes this plate elegant. It was painted by a Pickard artist on a Haviland France blank. The best of the best. It is dated from 1905-1910 and is shown on page 140 of the Pickard China book by Reed. It is artist signed by Fisher. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. It is 8 1/2". The postage is calculated by weight, size and your zip code. Wait for an invoice, the amount listed is just a guess. I do combine shipping. Good luck.
