For first time buyers, we would like to explain that we are selling antiques &/or collectibles here. They are not new, off the shelf items unless stated so. We are not experts on any particular item and encourage communication up front. We attempt to represent our items to the best of our ability, revealing any defects of which we are aware. We take great care to package items so that the buyer will receive it in the condition as described. All Buyers must request insurance if so desired. Buyer, being the new owner, will process their own Insurance claims. We will assist with information, but we do not process Insurance claims. We do not assume any liability once the item has been shipped. Seller is not responsible for uninsured shipments. NOTE: USA BUYERS, smaller items under 25# will be sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL except for paper items like books, postcards, magazines & small items etc; which will be sent media mail or first class. Buyer to pay all shipping, handling and insurance fees both ways, even when offered a return. |

We ask potential bidders to be responsible, read all descriptions and examine the photographs prior to bidding. Please don't contact us after an auction ends with a question that if answered will cause you to say... "Oh! if that's the case, then I don't want this item". EMail us first and then place your bid. All payments must be received by us within " 7 " days of auction end or you will forfeit the item, at our discretion, and it will be restocked or returned to the consignor. Missing the payment deadline will automatically trigger an electronic non-paying bidder alert with eBay, possibly jeopardizing your eBay account status. Please contact us if you need more time. Bank Cashier's checks, Postal & Bank Money Orders & PayPal credit card payments (all Payable in USA Funds & DRAWN on a United States Bank) will ensure prompt shipment within 2-3 days of receipt by us. |

USPS INSURANCE requires that you use the USPS "Priority Mail International" shipping option at checkout. International buyers have 10 days to pay. Please contact us if you need more time. I do not accept automatic PayPal payments from International Buyers {they will be refunded}. I can send you a PayPal "Request for Money" invoice which is recorded as a cash advance payment type. I do this because PayPal requires the seller to provide delivery confirmation on the sale of eBay auction items, goods or services. This is very expensive to do Internationally as it requires me to send the mail "USPS Priority Mail International (1 # minimum weight)." Also, PayPal requires the shipment must be made to a buyers "PayPal Confirmed Address" only and PayPal requires a "signature confirmation of delivery" if the item is over $250.00. All this must be done to avoid any buyer chargeback attempts. 99% of buyers are honest and it just takes that one chargeback, it cost me $285.00 from a dishonest buyer last year. So for me to never go thru this fraud again, every International Buyer must wait for Me to send a PayPal "Request for Money" invoice for us to avoid all these costly buyer PayPal fees and seller restrictions. When you receive my checkout email, please complete it and check the IMO payment option. At the send seller a message box, type in a request for a PayPal invoice. I can create one and have PayPal send the Request for Money invoice to your PayPal registered email address. This request for money will also show up as a seperate transaction line on your PayPal account home page. You can either follow the link from the email or go directly to your PayPal account home page to complete the transaction using your PayPal balance. Another option for International Buyers is to send me an International Money Order, IMO, payable in USA dollars and drawn on a USA bank for auction payment.
Please wait for our Checkout eMail titled "eBay Seller Phil's Checkout Instructions" which is sent within 30 MINUTES after the auction ends. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the shipping charges automatically quoted to buyers due to the frequent change in terms & rates quoted by the USPS. Not responsible for lost shipments.
