For
your viewing and bidding pleasure I am offering a beautiful set of six (6)
Nippon Open Salt/Celery Dip Pieces. They
measure 2 ¾” long and a little less than 2” wide. They have the blue “Blue Rising Sun” Back Stamp
which means they are probably related to early Noritake and were produced some
time between 1890 to 1921.
They
have detailed hand painted flowers of orange and green with gold painted
designs between them which match the gold slightly scalloped trim which is
complete on each piece with no worn areas.
There
are no chips, cracks or crazing on any of the pieces and they are all in MINT
condition.
These
would make an excellent addition to any Nippon,
Early Noritake or Open Salt collection.

including recycled cardboard boxes
and biodegradable packaging “peanuts”.
