You are bidding on an original 1970s/80s ceiling lamp.The outer lampshade is made of sheet metal lacquered petrol blue. Its inside has been lacquered white for light reflection. There is a sheet metal circular piece placed on top of the lampshade enhancing the lighting effect. It is lacquered white. There is an inner lampshade made of white opaque plastic with a slightly texturised plastic. It also contributes to the light effect. The bulb casing resides in a metal cylinder lacquered white.The original label is still present, 'Design Light A/S -Model Tess'.
The lamp is in very good condition. There are some light age related marks on the outer shade and there is no ceiling cone. However, this does not interfere with the overall look of the piece. The ceiling lamp is in full working order. It takes one Edison screw (screwfit) bulb. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
