These items have been previously used and loved and as a result are not in "new" condition. There are signs of use with most of these items, that is typical of the age of said piece. By Design makes an effort to disclose any "major" defects or condition issues that are above and beyond "normal wear and tear". However, the odd time things do get overlooked.
