I believe this is an early Wimshurst Static Electricity Machine .. I really know very little about this Scientific Instrument and cannot say if its in working condition .. although I must say it looks to be in very good to excellent condition .. because of this I promise to fully refund the winning bidder if not satisfied .. ie doesnt work etc !
It measures 16 ins tall.
It rotates completely freely .. in fact doesnt stop for ages when spinned !
