The ribbon is quite faded, the paint loss on the anchor is apparent .... The blue & yellow enamel pin is of the early, high quality type... The anchor is 4.5" long and 2.5" across the stock... The pin chain is brass... I got this 30 some yrs. ago in New york... This fine maritime or marine relic would be a compliment to any boat, yacht, sail or sailing atmosphere.....
