This is a sale for a 19C attic fresh very decorative solid oak mantel top piece. It is an easy project to build the bottom piece with round and square oak wood, or to add to an existing mantle. Normally, the top piece is what gives character to an antique Victorian mantel. Original finish, no restoration or alteration has been made. The original mirror is beveled and has no damage or cracks. The dimensions are 50” wide by 12” deep and 27” high. The lower piece shown in the photo of darker solid oak is loose, not attached.
