This is one of several rare Southwestern American Indian items we currently have listed that belonged to the famous Taos school artist Joseph Henry Sharp who gifted them to his friend Hollywood actor Christina Rub and were obatined from the family estate here in the islands. Measuring 6 1/8" across by 3 1/2" height, it has a depiction of a rabbit in a very realistic manner. Extremely rare and with a most important provenance, this museum piece like all of our auctions is being listed without any reserve so good luck and be sure to check out our other interesting items we currently have on offer. The complete provenance we will given to the winning bidder on our letterhead if so desired. We also will guarantee the authenticity of this rare item and we have been told it dates from around the 12th century. Very careful packing, shipping and delivery confirmation by priority mail will be $9.00 in the U.S. International shipping will depend on destination. Insurance is additional and required and will be determined after auction ends. All major credit cards accepted by fax with a signature. All sales final. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending. Check out my other items! Be sure to add me to your favorites list!
