This auction is for the rare Homer Laughlin vintage Fiesta turquoise covered onion soup. The covered onion soup bowls were discontinued in Fall of 1937, just a few weeks after the turquoise onion soup was added to the to color assortment. This is the hardest to find of the covered onion soups due to their very limited production. This piece is 6" from handle to handle, 4.25" in diameter, and 4.5" high with the lid in place. It is in excellent condition, three minor under lid rim nicks. They are not readily visible, but present. See close up photo below. Inside of the bowl is excellent, a few minor scratch marks on the inside. Exterior is in beautiful condition. Buyer pays shipping and insurance.
