MAGNIFICENT 94p ANTIQUE FRENCH STERLING SILVER FLATWARE
Absolutely gorgeous & rare antique French PUIFORCAT & Quielle hallmarked sterling silver 94pc flatware set, a full 6pc place setting for TWELVE with three matching serving pieces! There are actually eighteen each in the three luncheon, entremet or dessert sizes (including the knives)! A truly stunning acanthus pattern on all, deep bas relief and all in exceptional detail! The backs of the handles with ornate interlaced "KD" or "DK" monograms. The knife blades are all marked by Emile Puiforcat, the rest of the pieces bear the markings of Queille (a silversmith utilized in outsourced works by the ODIOT and, apparently, Puiforcat silversmith houses! Magnificent! All pieces in wonderful condition with a high shine, either recently professionally polished or they've been cared for extremely well over the years. The set consists of:

One 11 3/4" Fish or Dessert Serving Knife
One 9 7/8" Fish or Dessert Serving Fork
12pc 8 3/8" Dinner Spoons
12pc 8 1/4" Dinner Forks
13pc 5 3/4" Teaspoons

All bear the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, 1st titre designating .950 silver content (higher than the .925 standard for sterling silver). Exceptional in every respect, comprehensiveness and exquisite style just to name two :). Don't miss them!
Excellent condition! All pieces as near pristine as could be hoped for. A bit of very faint surface scuffing here & there but far less than you would expect. See pictures for measurements.

Our shipping days are Tuesday and Friday, paid items will be shipped on the first shipping day after payment is recieved (except when special circumstances exist). We prefer to use USPS whenever possible, and require all packages to be insured. If you prefer another method of shipment, please mention it. We charge only actual expense of shipment/insurance, except in the case of larger items which must have special wood crates built. Wood crate charge, when applicable, is a flat $30.00 in addition to actual postage & insurance charges. Other Information:
