The ShuttlePRO V.2 is a powerful productivity enhancement tool for video and audio editors. The ShuttlePRO V.2 even comes pre-configured for many of the leading Audio and Video applications. You can also easily customize the ShuttlePRO V.2 for virtually any application.

The ShuttlePRO V.2 is designed for ergonomic integrity and maximizing productivity, allowing one-hand access to the fully programmable buttons and jog/shuttle knob. Nine (9) of the buttons have removable keycaps for easy labeling and referencing. The inner ring or 'jog' rotates through 360 degrees and provides precision frame by frame control. The outer black ring or 'shuttle' is rubberized and spring-loaded. It facilitates fast forward and rewind. You can also use the jog and shuttle for many other purposes such as scrolling, volume control, and sequencing.

Shuttlepro V.2 comes in two different package size with the product being exactly the same inside each package. U.S. buyers will receive the package designed as the retail version (larger package) as shown above. International buyers will receive the version with the smaller, lighter package. This smaller package size is ideal for international shipping. However, there is absolutely no difference between the actual product/hardware.

What is your exchange policy?

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product.  All warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty usually covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.

We offer a 14-day merchandise exchange policy for defective items.  All equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation. Any defective on arrival product will be exchanged. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees on the shipment that is being sent to us for an exchange. We will pay the shipping cost of the exchanged unit that will be sent to you.

All returns for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Actual shipping charges of initial shipment will not be credited, regardless of pre-paid status.  Special Order items are not available for return.

All Returns require an Return Merchandize Authorization Number*. For an RMA Number (Return Merchandize Authorization), please send us an email. Please note that an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

All exchanged merchandise will be exchanged "Apples for Apples", what is sent is what will be returned.  All other returns must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not write anything on the item or the factory package! Charges will be incurred for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, or written-on contents and/or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any items deemed unacceptable. 

Write the RMA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the shipping label only. Any merchandise returned to us without an authorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight paid! We suggest that you use USPS "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
