I am selling a 1976 Argosy 20 that i bought from an older gentleman that said he no longer needed or used. All original appliance that work. Checked hot water tank,stove,oven,all work.Checked frige. works on elect and gas.Works great. Lit furnace pilot but furnace did not come on. I read owners manual and it tells me the fan has too run so fast to clear gasses to let furnace light. The battery is shot will not hold charge. The converter is bad . I bought a used converter off ebay just like the one in camper but have not received yet. Will install as soon as i receive .Camper very usable as is. Inside very good shape Cabinets very nice. Plastic containers under all benches Windows and screens good and works as should.Water pump works. Had leak behind toilet but is fixed. Everything else works good. Outside looks good No major dents anywhere.Looks fine but could be sanded down and automotive type paint job put on it.. Has awning that needs changed Has tiny holes up near where it fastens to camper. Awning frame also needs work. Still works and usable. Has new tires. I pulled this camper 70 miles and pulled fine. All lights inside and out work. Does not have air . Has two roof vents one has small fan and works as should. Comes with hitch and sway bars. Has table in front that drops down for bed,works.Has shower,toilet,sink in rear. Has couch across from kitchen that makes bed,works.Furnace under couch. Water tank in front under table. Has newer carpet on floor that looks relly good. Under carpet they have put down plywood. but previous owner told me the floor was fine. The only bad floor i can find is in rear where battery sets and reading on internet that is common. It is small area where battery sets. Under benches and cabinets where you can see floor seems good. I cant take up carpet to check so you would have to assume maybe floor is bad.but seems solid. Every thing looks too good to tear up to check this out. Camper being sold as is with no warrantys implied,after all this is a 1976.and looks good .Email if you have questions.I am trying to be as honest as i can in describing and maybe there are things i over looked. SO ask questions. I reserve right to end aution early because camper is for sale locally and in papers. Has two propane tanks with guages. Door works great screen in door nice Lock works, Have keys, Clear WV title.
