We sell Vintage, Antique, used and handmade items. They will most likely have some kind of dirt on them like dust and minor wear. We buy from Estate sales, Yard sales, Auctions, and yes Ebay. We try to recycle all packing material that is possible to recycle. We do not smoke but there may be times when items have an odor of smoke. We cannot control what other people do. We also leave the cleaning of Antique, Vintage, Estate, Auction, and Second hand items, up to the buyer. Most buyers prefer that the items not be cleaned as this can take away the value of the item. Most buyers prefer the patina and wear~ on antique and vintage items.
Before leaving negative or neutral feedback with bad ratings contact us! If there is a problem with an item please let us know through Ebay messages. We will do what we can to come to a solution to make you happy with your purchase. If for some reason we cannot come to a mutual solution, you can return the item for the item price only. Seller does not pay for return shipping.Paypal is the only form of payment that EBAY allows us to accept. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment is due within 5 days from the end of Auction, that means 120 hours from the minute the auction ends. If payment is not made within 8 days from the end of Auction ~ Ebay will automatically open a non payment case against the buyer . Case will not be closed until payment is made and feedback will be left accordingly. "BUY IT NOW" items must be paid immediately.
We do not ship on weekends only Monday through Friday. Please keep this in mind when leaving shipping time ratings and feedback. It usually takes us no more than a day or two to ship your item(s) after payment has cleared. We do state though that we have a 3 to 4 day handling time. Please remember this when leaving ratings for shipping time. Handling time starts when payment has cleared our account ~ not at the end of Auction.
