This bowl was made by the Potters Co-operative company,  East Liverpool, Ohio  USA.   It is marked semi-vitreous,  the Pattern is identified  as Bird of Paradise.   It carries a numerical code of 11-21-1 which may mean November 21, 1901.   The bowl is about  10 3/8 inches in dia. and about 2 7/8 inches tall.   The gold edge is still present and bright, I see no cracks there  is one minor chip (no more than 1/16 of an inch across) on the under side of the rim, which is very difficult to notice.   There are some fine scratches in the glaze, as the bowl was used as a serving piece.
