SHIPPING BLAB: We ship by land, air and sea Monday through Friday (except holidays). We offer you a variety of shipping options at checkout. LOCAL PICK UP: You can pick up your purchase at our warehouse in downtown Minneapolis. DON'T PAY ONLINE - you will pay in person when you pick up the item. Send an email to us to let us know and we will hold the item for you here. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and even that funny green stuff, cash. Remember, 7.015% (state and local) sales tax is charged on all local pickups.

So if you aren't jumping for joy (jumping optional) let us know and we'll make it right. We stand behind our merchandise 100%. Return shipping is not refundable, just like gas to the shopping center. If you do need to return an item its as easy as A, B, C....D. A. Well let you know how were going to work things out BEFORE you send anything back. B.Keep everything together, including all accessories and packaging. We won't take things back that have had UPC codes removed from the original package or items that have been altered. C.
