Blade: Fully hand forged; There is vivid Wood burl on the blade due to the way the sword was folded during forging. Heat tempered. One swordsmith and four assistants usually worked together for 2 months to forge a sword.
Hamon (tempered line): distinct real Hamon created by a defferential cooling method of the blade after it is forged.
Hi (blood groove): A Long Fuller on each side of the blade.
Kissaki (point of blade): CHū-Kissaki
Edge: Full hand sharpened & polishing.
Tang: Full tang with 1 Mekugi (peg); Mumei (Signature)

Tsuka (handle): Genuine Same (Rayskin) & Black Japanese Cotton Ito (Braid) with Menuki (Ornament)
Kashira,Fuchi and Menuki: Decorated with Tiger both on Kashira and Fuchi.
Tsuba and seppa: Round shape Tsuba.
Koduka and Kougai: 2 small knives with Exquisite Buddha carved.
Saya (scabbard): Wood Saya with dark-red lacquer painted. A set of Koshirae adorned with Tiger mounts & Japanese Black Cotton Braid wrapped the sheath.

Japanese Sword Care-Preventing Rust
In order to preventing Rust, we need do something to care the sword 1-2 month/per.
We need following tools to do these:
Cleaning Paper, MEKUGI NUKI, CHOJI OIL, UCHIKO...
1.Choji Oil, It is a kind of unique plant Oil, to used on every kind swords. inunction on the face to insulate air to prevent rust.
2.Cleaning Paper or soft white cloth. It was used to erase the OLD OIL and smearing the NEW OIL.(Note:A thin oil is enough already.)
3.Mekugi Nuki, it was used to disassembled the handle and blade to clean it.
4.Uchiko, it was used to help erasing the OLD OIL.
