This is a well worn copy. The book is complete and there is foxing to the pages. I tried to take enough pictures to show all the other flaw. the spine of the book cover has some paper printed in german I think. If there are any questions I can answer, Let me know. Martha
This book is titled,'Life of Sitting Bull and History of the Indian War. It is a graphic account of the life of the Great Medicine Man and Chief Sitting Bull. The story of the Sioux nation; their manners and customs, Ghost Dances and Messiah Craze; also, a very complete History of the Sanguinary Indian War of 1890-91. Written by W. Fletcher Johnson, and published in 1891 by Edgewood Publishing Company. It contains 44 chapters and 38 illustrations. There is also an account of General Custer's last stand.
