I sell alot of antique plaster and other sensitive items. Please do not bid if a hairline fracture in a 100 year old plaster item is going to bother you. I try to describe every item accurately and supply you with highest resolution pictures possible today.
AUCTION TERMS:
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITIN 14 DAYS (2 WEEKS) OF AUCTION END. If payment is not received, I will not proceed with the transaction. A NON-PAYING BIDDER warning will be filed with ebay and the item will be relisted.
PAYMENT SECTION:
I accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Bank Checks, and Certified Checks. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER THE AUCTION WITH PAYMENT INFORMATION. PAYMENTS ARE HELD FOR 10 DAYS. BEFORE ANY MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED.
SHIPPING SECTION :
At this time we ONLY use UPS for shipments. Therefore, we can not ship to PO boxes. The post office is just too time consuming to ship out of. It can take up to 10 business days from the time payment is received/cleared for the item to leave the warehouse - depending on our level of business. Please be patient - we try to serve you the best we can. All items are over packed to insure a safe arrival.
For shipment of large items, please email Antiquetransport@cs.com for shipping quotes. Or a shipper of your choice. If the item requires a shipping company I will tell you in the listing.
For items which are being shipped via a shipping company the following rules apply:
1) The shippers I recommend are just that - recommendations. Please feel free to use any shipper of your choice.
2) Any questions regarding the delivery of your item(s) must be directed to the shipper.
3) Items being shipped by a shipping company, can take between 2 - 14 weeks for final delivery. Especially if you live on the West Coast or a hard to reach destination.
4) Payments for shipping are made from the buyer to the shipper directly. I will not accept payment for shippers under any circumstances.
5) I am not responsible for any item which is damaged, stolen, or lost while in the hands of the shippers.
6) ABSOLUTELY NO item will leave the warehouse uninsured. It is your responsibility to discuss and purchase insurance with the shipper.
ITEM PICK UP:
OUR WAREHOUSES ARE OPEN ONLY TO THE CLERGY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT ONE WE WILL NOT BE THERE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE A TOUGH SCHEDULE THEREFORE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS ARE ON OUR TIMETABLE. ALSO, IF YOU ARE PICKING UP SENSITIVE ITEMS WHICH REQUIRE PACKAGING YOU WILL BE INFORMED VIA EMAIL AFTER THE AUCTION WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO SAFELY TRANSPORT THE ITEM BACK TO YOUR DESTINATION. PLEASE READ THAT EMAIL AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRANSPORT THE ITEM BACK PROPERLY. IF WE INFORM YOU OF THE PACKING MATERIALS YOU NEED AND YOU DO NOT BRING THEM THE ITEM IS SURE TO BE DAMAGED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGE.
