Cobalt blue dotted design surrounds large stylized numbers

New York State Origin Stoneware.
Measures: 10 1/4" tall x 8 5/8" wide
No hairlines, no restoration, and no repairs.
Some old smooth chipping to the ear and spout.
Right ear is missing, yet clean and smooth (see photo).
Stoneware was originally intended for utilitarian use.
I strongly feel that minor chips do not detract from
overall value or beauty of any kind.
