My Inventory and descriptions: My items are antique and vintage; therefore, they have been used, loved, and handled through the years. I try to describe each bump, dimple, or knick I see. I also will show these in my pictures. As each person views an item differently; I may miss something you may see in a picture. Review the pictures carefully and please feel free to contact me or question me. I have been active in the antique business for over 14 years and my reputation is important to me. I want you to be comfortable purchasing from me and return in the future. If you have purchased an item that does not meet my description; I will gladly accept it for return, but must be notified within 3 days after receipt
Where did it go?: I sell in several venues. Should you see an item and then it disappears, it may have been sold elsewhere. Please note: this applies to my “Buy it Now” items only; auctions are not ended early. As soon as an item is sold; I remove it from the other venues to prevent disappointment for any customer. Should you see an item that you are interested in, I do have a lay-a-way plan.
Returns: Simple; just notify me within 3 days of receipt, pack and insure in same manner received. I will gladly return you purchase price less postage and insurance fees. If I have made mistakes in my description of the item; I will gladly return your purchase price and the
shipping fees.
Payment is required within 7 days International buyers: Paypal only
Shipping: I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you want the item shipped earlier; please let me know. No packing or handling fees added. If shipping charges ever seem in excess; please contact me. Mistakes do happen! I normally ship USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is required. International packages will be sent Priority International or Fedex. International bidders, please check the USPS Priority insurance limits for your country. If the item you bid on or purchase is over the limit; your item will have to be shipped by another carrier. Or you will need to assume responsibility of any uninsured amounts in case of loss if you choose Priority.
Customs & Duties Fees: No extra charge for preparing items for international shipment. All duties and fees are the responsibility of buyer. Forms will be “properly” filled out.
Lay-a-way: I think lay-a-way is a great tool for building collections. One-third down, with remaining cost spread over three months. No refunds for lay-a-ways not completed.
