PAYMENT: Winning bidder will be notified within 3 days after auction ends. Payment is due within 7 days of winning an auction or purchasing a fixed price item. After this time, we will cancel the transaction and relist the item. We only accept PayPal payments. Please do not bid or buy unless you will abide by these policies.

RETURN POLICY: All items listed are as described. If you receive an item and it is not as described, PLEASE CONTACT US. We want you to be a satisfied customer. If the item is not as described or has something wrong with it that was not stated in the listing, we will issue a full refund once we receive the item back and assure that it is in the condition in which we sent it. Any such problem must be reported to us within 3 days of your receiving the item. The return package must be postmarked within 7 days of your receiving it. Return shipping will be paid by you, the buyer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. (Our "business days" for eBay are Tuesday through Saturday.) We ship every item with either delivery confirmation or insurance. Once the carrier has the item, we are not in control of how long they take to deliver it, but we will provide you with the tracking number upon request. Shipping charges are based upon actual shipping cost for the item. We only ship to the confirmed PayPal Address. To combine shipping, you MUST combine all items into one payment. In general, when someone buys more than one item, we will send an invoice with combined shipping. If you want to purchase items that end on different days, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US. Depending on the time gap, we may not combine shipping in that instance.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: OUR POSTAL COST INCLUDES INSURANCE FOR FRAGILE, BREAKABLE AND ITEMS OVER $100. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer can file a claim with the shipping provider in order to be reimbursed for the item directly from them. If insured, we can provide you with the necessary insured mail receipt, but you must file the claim with the provider. We are not responsible for the damages, nor will we accept it as a return. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS-PLEASE NOTE:

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• International shipping customs declarations will be marked “other” not “gift”. We will not falsify shipping documents.
