handling charges cover each time an item is handled. this includes: when i buy the item; carry it to my truck; gas to drive home; unload and carry it to the paint shed; painting or cleaning; packaging; packaging materials; gas to go get packaging materials; printer ink and paper; gas to haul it to be shipped; and most of all my time.
