Payment instructions

UK buyers – We accept payments by Paypal, Postal Order or Personal Cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear)

International buyers – We can only accept payment by Paypal due to high bank charges.

We would appreciate payment within 7 days of an auction ending. If you have any problems or questions about payment please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please feel free to ask us any questions and we will always try to help but please do not leave it to the last minute as we do not spend every minute of every day at our computer screens.

Postage and packing

We try to be fair and accurate with our postage charges and will combine postage for items where possible and where size and weight restrictions allow.

We take pride in our packaging and buy boxes, bubble wrap and packing chippings etc. to protect your items in transit. This does cost us quite a lot of money but even so we still try to keep your postage costs down as much as we possibly can.

Refund policy

We endeavour to describe our items as accurately as possible but we are not experts in every field and we may miss something.  If you are not happy with your purchase we do offer a 7-day returns policy.  We will only refund postage if we have described an item inaccurately.

Lost parcels

We always obtain proof of postage for our parcels. In the event that a parcel should go missing we will make a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf.  Please remember that Royal Mail only insure recorded delivery and standard airmail for up to £36.00. We would always recommend Special Delivery and International Signed for delivery for any item that sells above this price. Please note that any claim submitted does take time to process so please be patient.

Sometimes we list items as an auction run and sometimes as a buy-it-now. If we list an item as an auction please do not ask us for a buy-it-now price.
