Fabulous 1880's Ivory Silk Corset MINT

This beautiful Victorian corset is made from ivory silk and is lined in a heavy cotton. It has heavy metal busks in the front and back, the front has heavy metal hooks with knobs, the hooks are stamped CP. It laces up the back and can adjust to fit. The top edge has an embroidered scalloped edging and there is heavy silk embroidery floss making a zig zag pattern along the top edge. There are lots of rows of top stitching with narrow stays in each channel and heavy metal stays on the sides. It measures 31 1/2 inches around the bust with a 1 inch gap in lacings, waist is 22 inches with a 1 1/2 gap and it's 13 1/2 inhes long down the center bust without the embroidered edging. Original laces, near mint condition.
