James Kent Chintz Demitasse Set

This is a vintage James Kent Du Barry pattern demitasse set. The set consists of four demi cups and saucers, a mini coffee pot and a creamer. All the pieces are marked with the early black “James Kent LTD, made in Great Britain, FENTON, Du Barry” mark. There is no globe in the mark. Each piece is trimmed in gold. The coffee pot is 4 ¾ inches tall without the lid. The cups are 2 inches tall and 2 ¾ inches in diameter at the top. The creamer measures 2 ½ inches tall at the spout. The plates are approximately 4 ¾ inches in diameter. The china is in excellent almost unused condition with no chips, cracks or fleabites. The creamer and coffee pot have very light age crazing.
