ABOUT US
We carry only Quality Glass Art, handcrafted and mouth-blown by Skilled Craftsmen in the Czech Republic.
We travel to Czech once a year to visit with the artist and watch them practice their skills, which have been passed down from generations for 100's of years.
We then hand select the items to we wish purchase directly from the artist. All of our pieces come packed in original boxes from the artist. Most are signed and have an attached tag indicating country of origin.
NOTE: Since each piece is handcrafted NO TWO pieces are exactly alike. Sizes and shapes may vary slightly.
These products meet applicable FDA requirements.

SHIPPING
We ship promptly within 48 hours of confirmation of payment to anywhere in North and South America via UPS or USPS. We offer several methods of shipping depending on you urgency for the product and the depth of your budget.
While we pack and ship with the utmost care to ensure the safe arrival of all items, these items are precious cargo. Insurance is required. (For a limited time, we will include Insurance along with FREE Shipping and Handling.)
We will be happy to combine orders for all items purchased within 7 days. Please email us to confirm that you are bidding on multiple items.
TERMS OF SALE
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We double-box each item to ensure safe delivery. If a piece arrives broken, do not accept the item. Let us know immediately and we will replace the item free of charge (if in stock.)
If the piece arrives in good condition but it just doesn't move the soul like you thought it would, it may be returned (at your expense). Please notify us within 3 days and repack the items like it was shipped to you. When we received the undamaged piece, we will credit you full value.
We do our best to present accurate, detailed information and pictures about each item we sell. However, NO TWO PIECES of Hand-Made Art are ever the same.

PAYMENT
We prefer PAY PAL for the utmost protection and security. We will also accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Money Order. (If you are using a Money Order, please notify us to be expecting the payment by mail.)
