Electrical condition: The radio is untested and the tubes are untested. By untested, I really do mean untested. Included are the quantity 6 globe 01A tubes which are also untested (truly untested). All of the knobs turn and operate their respective controls. All of the internal parts are there.
Physical Condition: This radio is huge! 17" tall x 23" wide x 12" deep. No missing veneer slivers, finish is original and shows some crazing mostly on the top, minor nicks here and there but far less than expected for its age, no cracks in the front bakelite panel, all of the knobs are original and in good condition and do not have any cracks or chips, the knobs are correct, even the little knurled binding post nuts are in good condition. Paper tag on the inside of the lid is original. Overall a very very good original. Far above average.
Shipping: Radio will be shipped and insured to any location in the lower 48 states for $89.99. Shipping to other locations will be actual charge + $10.00 packing fee. If you are a foreign buyer, realize that it may not be possible to ship this to you via the post office due to its size. Please consider this when bidding. The radio will be packed well so as to arrive in the condition described.
Other Information: This is the most sought after and expensive radio of the Federal Line. This set is more valuable than the Federal 59, Federal 110 or any of the other Federals. The reserve is much lower than market value, assuming a market value can be established for a radio that shows up so infrequently.
