SHIPPING: Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Shipping amount is for the US lower 48 states ONLY, NO APO, FPO or Military addresses. Shipping costs quoted is for standard flat rate (media, parcel or 1st class as required) unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping such as priority or overnight is extra. Please request cost prior to bidding. NOTE* Alaska, Hawaii, Canada OR if you are outside the 48 contigious United States, e-mail for shipping cost PRIOR to bidding. Shipping insurance for US Postal shipped items is recommended and offered as we will not be responsible for any item damaged in ship. Shipping cost is never refundable.
RETURNS: I want you to be happy with your purchase. All items advertised as New are new and will be replaced or purchase price refunded after item is returned IF found to be defective and returned to seller at buyers cost. This does not include "damaged in shipment". Buyer has 3 days after receipt of item to inform seller of defect and describe problem. Item must have a "return authorization number" and include it with the item when returned. Items not authorized for a return will not be accepted. There is absolutely no refunds or returns on "as is" items unless item received is significantly different than item advertised, (IE:bought a light bulb and received phone).
DAMAGED ITEMS: Items damaged in shipment are not the responsibility of the seller. Insurance is reccomended on all purchases. It is buyers responsibility for filing, handling and following up on all "damaged in shipment" claims. Seller will not file nor accept responsibility for items damaged in ship.
