A good vintage hallmarked English sterling silver and mother of pearl handled babies rattle and whistle with two side bells, a great little item,  there is a hairline crack to the mother of pearl handle, please see photos, it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1922 and measures approx 7.5cm long.
