Specific Manufacturer and Date of manufacture unknown - While the Westmoreland Glass Company produced Miniature Punch Bowls & Cup Sets for Children's play in differing patterns, recently the Vitro Company in Monterey, Mexico began production of the Same pattern marked with a "V" within a Circle on the bottom of their Punch Bowl Set.

Measuring 1 - 1/2" in Mouth Diameter, 2" in Length from Rim-edge to Handle-curve, 1 - 1/16" in Height and with a Base Diameter of 15/16", Each Miniature Vaseline Punch Cup features Three ( 3 ) Fish swimming amidst Flowers, "Elfin-Ear" shaped Handles and a Single Flower on their Base-bottom surfaces. Vaseline Cups glow Brilliantly Green under Black light due to the addition of Uranium Oxide to the Glass.
