We packed our items very well with tissue and lots and lots of bubble wraps and/or peanuts. In cases of many items in the box, we place separators to ensure that the items do not bump with each other. If items are super delicate , we double box if needed. We take extra care in handling the items for shipping to you. We know how disappointing it feels when you excitedly anticipate receiving the item - and they come broken. We work to spare our customers that experience. Nevertheless, We ask that insurance be taken as we cannot be responsible for items during shipment; at least, this way, the financial value of the item is covered.
